A large Chinese 'Longquan' celadon carved dish, late 14th 15th century
with everted rounded sides rising to the flattened and lipped rim, supported on a short slightly tapering foot, the centre carved with a large floral spray, covered with a sea-green glaze except for a ring at the base burnt orange -- 14 7/8in. (37.8cm.) diam.; and a cylindrical green glazed model of a granary, with a circular slanted roof with a central aperture, supported on three bear shaped feet, with incised triangle pattern bands, Han dynasty -- 10 1/16in. (25.5cm.) high. (2)
