Fishermen by the River Tay, Perthshire, with Taymouth Castle beyond

North-east of Kenmore, on the river Tay, sits the early nineteeth century mansion house of Taymouth Castle. Alexander Nasmyth, father of Charlotte, was commissioned in 1806 to draw up a new design for the castle and a bridge.
