AN ANTIQUE RUBY, DIAMOND AND BLACK ENAMEL NECKLACE
The front designed as an old mine-cut diamond twin band set with five rose and old European-cut diamond, cushion-cut ruby and black enamel medallions, each suspending an oval or pear-shaped ruby, spaced by pearls and pearl and diamond drops, to the similarly-set backchain, mounted in gold, circa 1900, 16½ ins., (one medallion with one ruby deficient), in a burgundy suede fitted case
The pearls have not been tested for natural origin
