Ovoid hobnail-cut body, the silver foliate scroll handle to spirally-fluted mount, with scroll-edged cartouche on either side, one engraved with badge of the Royal Canoe Club above dates "1887.1888", the other inscribed "Prizes won by Atalanta No.1 & No.2", 12 in. high (31 cm.).
