Each modeled as a bare-breasted muse standing before a flowering bocage holding her respective attribute, 'Water' holding a fish in each hand, a basket of fish at her feet on the left, flowing water and an overturned urn at her right, 'Air' holding a bird in her right hand, her left resting on the open bird cage resting atop the bocage at her left, both on mound bases applied with flowers similar to those on the bocage, the base set into a rocaille-moulded bezel enriched in turquoise and gilt
