Depicting a satyr blowing auloi (double pipes), a wine-skin suspended from his erect phallus, a maenad running in front, her head turned back, playing krotala (clappers), a warrior either side of the handle, each wearing Corinthian helmet, carrying spear and shield, one with shield with bull head blazon, grape vines in the field, details in added red and white, the eyes with white irises and red pupils, the high handle with ridge terminating with a palmette on the interior above the rim, repaired from fragments
