FIVE NORTH-WEST PERSIAN BRONZE DAGGER BLADES AND A SHORT SWORD

Including a dagger with short leaf-shaped blade with incised central grooves, the hilt decorated in relief with dots and curved lines; two daggers with square-sectioned tangs bent at the tips; a short sword with ribbed hilt, flanged to take inlay, with bindings remaining, 9¾ to 21 in. (24.7 to 53.3 cm.) long; and a Central African Songye axe, with copper-covered shaft, the flared iron blade composed of twisted elements with three incised masks to each side, late 19th/early 20th Century A.D., 14 in.
