PROBABLY DECCAN, LATE 18TH OR EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The large flat openwork bezel with a central flat-cut drop-shaped diamond issuing stems each terminating in a ruby inset leaf-motif, small cruciform panel above and drop panel below, a continuous band of seed-pearls around the outside, attached onto simple gold hoop with moulded beaded decoration
