Dom Pérignon--Vintage 1983
Epernay
"A typical Dom Pérignon style. The wine has a style similar to many others, but once you have it in your glass there is no doubt as to the origin. The '83 has more orchid, mushroom cream, and diesel fumes than the '85, but fewer toasty tones. The Champagne is easy to drink and juicy, rather like chewing a sweet peach." Richard Juhlin, 4000 Champagnes (Jun 2002)
1 dozen bottles per lot
