Set on three lion's-paw feet, rising to a fishscale and acanthus frame, the three scroll arms with leaf-form openwork bowls, to fit either candle sockets or three cut-glass bowls, the center supporting a larger circular cut-glass bowl, with an extra small bowl, the frame engraved with a coat-of-arms, marked on frame, branches, and nozzles
