Shaped circular on four acanthus leaf feet, with central reeded handle and two side ring handles, fitted with three silver casters and two cut-glass bottles, each detachable cover on casters pierced and engraved with scrolls and dots, each detachable cover on glass bottles with knob finial and engraved with monogram, rococo cartouche on side of frame engraved with monogram, each caster marked on base and detachable cover, stand marked on base and handle
