Date cypher for 1882, gilt crowned globe and impressed uppercase marks, various cyphers, retailer's ribbon for T. Goode & Co., London, signed H.H. for Henry Hollins
With pierced loop gallery and foliate scroll handles, the central rectangular panel finely painted and hand tooled in white slip with two putti as water-bearers in flight and holding a trailing garland, on a brown field within an olive-green frame gilt with entwined ribbon, the reverse with a similar panel of two recumbent putti spilling water from a large vase among tall reeds, flanked by gilt enriched Bérainesque panels, on four scroll feet

Henry Hollins was a pâte-sur-pâte decorator trained by Louis Solon, recorded at the manufactory circa 1872-81.
