A pair of Dutch Delft polychrome butter dishes with covers modelled as plovers

The covers naturalistically modelled as plovers or kieviten with plumage in hues of blue, green and manganese, with slender neck, the eyes outlined in blue, the oval butter dishes modelled as duckweed or kroos (both with restored head feathers, one with restored back, one with chipped beak and fragment kept apart, one with glaze loss to a cover and chip to a rim of the butter dish)
