De forme contournée, à décor polychrome et or, au centre d'un bouquet de rose dans un médaillon à double filet or, l'aile à décor d'un semis de roses et boutons de roses jetés entre deux galons bleu et or, filet or sur le bord, deux petits éclats restaurés et un petit éclat avec petite fêlure associée, petites usures à l'or
