The first inscribed Echizen ju Kinai saku, Edo Period (19th century)
In the form of a tanto tsuba with a dragon coiled round the seppadai and an ashtray netsuke modelled as a pipe in stagantler attached to a basket and a stoneware netsuke of a festival doll decorated in various coloured pigments
5cm., 3.2cm. and 4.3cm. high respectively (3)
