From the series Shika shashin kyo [Imagery of the Poets], Su Tung-Po, probably (as this is the only design in the series without a title) the poet and famous calligrapher Toba who had been unjustly banished to the island of Hainan, signed Zen Hokusai iitsu hitsu, published by Moriya Jihei, fine impression, colours and condition, slight traces of previous mounting on the back
