Meiji period, signed Nihonkoku Kyoto ni sumu Komai sei
The central roundel in gold nunomezogan and high relief with an rakan holding the horn of a dragon in one hand and a string of beads in the other, surrounded by a flower-shaped large panel reserved with medallions enclosing pavilions on a diaper ground enriched with a variety of plants, animals and shippo design, all below scrolling vine at the rim
