The first of a tiger seated on an oval plinth, with its tail across his shoulders, chewing on a trunk of bamboo, the pupils inlaid in horn, signature Shunko; the second a karashishi on a flat base; the third a powerfully carved model of a karashishi-mask with pivoted lower jaw opening to reveal its tongue and teeth
