Lithographed frontispiece, 7 plates, and 11 vignettes, all coloured, after Vassili Shoukhaev; two additional suites, totalling 38 plates, one suite coloured, loose in an accompanying portfolio. 20th-century fine binding by Hélène Cauchetier, full green morocco with the original printed paper wrappers bound-in, sides with a design of variously coloured inlaid morocco, edges gilt, chemise and slip-case; additional suites in a card portfolio.
