The rectangular cornice and cavetto frieze above a pair of doors with bevelled later plates enclosing two adjustable shelves above a row of seven pigeon-holes and three drawers above two candle-slides, the bureau with a cross and featherbanded flap enclosing a fitted interior of pigeon-holes and drawers around a concave door enclosing a walnut-lined interior and a drawer above three graduated drawers between fluted canted angles, on bracket feet
