Each signed with the initial 'G' and inscribed with the artist's monogram (lower right) and further signed 'Garneroff' (on the mount);
Inscribed '80 Rue de l'Université, Paris, 7c/Comte and Comtesse de Ravenel/-Paris le vendredi 12 Mars 1993' (on the backing board)

Lot Essay
The Marquis and Marquise de Ravenel lived at 80 rue de l'Université between 198(?) and 199(?). Kinga Garneroff, wife of Anatoly Stolnikoff, was commissioned to paint the interiors in 1993.
