The handle carved in the form of a lion's head; with a rectangular, silver-mounted hardstone guard and etched steel blade; the blade decorated with leaping hares and with indistinct inscription to one side; the other side with stamp and the name 'Darius Ehrfart' (?) and dated '1668'; minor damages
