The equestrian saint in armour and a cape, his breastplate decorated with a cross, plunging his spear into the mouth of the coiled dragon, in the background the princess Elisaba standing in front of the walls of Silene, the parcel-gilt oklad finely executed, with a raised border, the halo of the saint in cloisonné enamel, the name plate in blue champlevé enamel, set in its original wooden presentation case
