QING DYNASTY, 17TH/18TH CENTURY

Of flattened form, one side carved in high relief with a crested, longtailed bird perched on rockwork, its head turned toward flowering prunus tree, reserved by the pale ivory-white skin of the stone, the reverse side similarly carved with further prunus blossoms growing on trees, the stone of varied tones of beige with areas of white highlighting the overall design
