A Cinnabar lacquer cabinet, 19th/20th century
of rectangular form raised on a base of four supports with double fronted doors with metal hinges and lock, above three tiers of varying sized draws, the doors decorated in relief with a river landscape depicting boats upon the waves, surrounded by small islands connected by bridges, with further pavilions, rockwork and towering pine trees, the draws and sides with a foliate key-fret ground, the base with large scrolling lotus flower designs -- 27 5/8in. (70cm.) high.
