A Mongolian gilt copper Triratna, 17th/18th Century
the three jewels of Buddhism represented by coral roundels upon a flattened panel of stylised flames forming an arched mandarla, and incised with a roundel of the Om character, the reverse decorated in relief as a seated Buddha with alms bowl, seated below an incised roundel of a vajra, raised on an elongated double lotus base -- 10in. (25.5cm.) high.
