A pair of large famille rose vases, 19th century
each of ovoid form with slanted shoulders rising to the tall waisted neck and flared rim, applied with a pair of 'boys' handles, supported on a short splayed foot, the body and neck enamelled with the Hundred Treasures, the shoulders with cartouches enclosing birds on branches reserved on a foliate floral ground and a moulded border of ruyi-heads, with floral scroll and moulded ruyi-head bands above the foot, the neck with a key-fret border and the foot with a floral scroll -- 24 3/8in. (61.9cm.) high. (2)
