The stoutly potted broad baluster body carved in crisp relief with a band of composite floral scroll above a band of upright chrysanthemum petals and below a narrow petal band on the shoulder, covered overall with a glaze of greenish-olive tone ending at the top of the thick unglazed foot which has fired dark orange and which cants inward towards the inset, glazed, rounded base
