ENGRAVED THROUGHOUT, frontispiece, arms of George II at head of p.I, signed by the author on verso of title (occasional very light discolouration). Contemporary sprinkled sheep, sides and panels of spine ruled in gilt (a little rubbed, foot of spine chipped). Provenance: as above, but dated 1756, on an endpaper; with 2 others.
