Engraved with a supplicant standing before a rearing goat with its head turned back, a bird and a wedge above, with a short prayer in a seven-line cuneiform inscription in Akkadian reading: "May his utterances be held in lordly esteem, May his name be...[exalted], May his progeny be healthy, May his head be ...[blessed], At the command of (the god) Marduk and (the goddess) Sarpanitu, May ..."
