The outer portion of the strand composed of spherical garnet beads interspersed with modern spherical gold beads, the central portion with spherical garnet beads interspersed with tubular gold beads with gold disks hanging as pendants, centered by six garnet turtle amulets strung as pendants, graduated in size and interspersed with spherical garnet and modern gold beads; strung with a modern S-hook closure
