Preserving the upper portions of a male figure, his bald head in profile to the left, his body frontal, wearing a green broad-collar and a white cloak, his skin red, partially preserving four columns of hieroglyphs, reading, "...God's [Servant] of the House of Amun, Baken-[Mu]t, justified, son of the God's Father of Amen-Re King of the Gods, Harsiese"
