Pear shaped and on spreading foot, the beak form spout with hinged cover and with leaf-capped handle, the hinged cover with baluster finial, engraved with a coat-of-arms within mantling, marked underneath and on cover bezel, engraved with a scratchweight '37"8'

37 oz. (1,149 gr.)
The arms are those of Lynch, presumably for Sir Robuck Lynch 4th Bt. (d. c.1736) of Castlecarra, co. Mayo.
