Note de dégustation: Novembre 1995: couleur riche; nez étrange, médicinal, très alcoolique ; cèdre et fruit, un goût qui rappelle le fût de chêne, très belle longueur. Puis le cèdre noté à nouveau ; suave, parfum très agréable ; prêt maintenant malgré sa poigne. Sept 98 *** M.B.
Tasting note: November 1995 : richly coloured ; strange, 'medicinal', very alcoholic nose ; cedar and fruit, taste reminiscent of oak bark, great length. Next, cedar noted again ; sweet, very pleasant flavour ; ready now despite its grip. September 1998 *** M.B.
