Note de dégustation: Le colosse Haut Brion 2003 (13 d'alcool) possède des tannins très élevés, mais cette composante est bien masquée par une cascade de mûre, cassis, cerise et de prune. Il y a aussi une touche de figue sous le fruit rouge et noir. Ample et mûr avec un palais sucré de glycérol, tout autant qu'une longue, puissante, persistante finale, il conserve son élégance et sa noblesse. Tasting note: The blockbuster 2003 Haut-Brion (13 alcohol) possesses extremely high tannin, but that component is well-concealed by a cascade of mulberry, blackberry, cherry, and plum-like fruit. There is even a hint of figs under the blue and red fruit spectrum. While broad and ripe with a sweet, glyceral mouthfeel as well as a long, powerful, persistent finish, it retains its elegance and nobility.
