Contemporary American marbled sheep in contrasting bands of salmon, brown and tan, border of intertwining gilt wave rolls surrounding blind frond and pillar roll, spines gilt-ruled in three compartments, black morocco gilt-lettered label in one, the others elaborately decorated with gilt frond and pillar roll surrounding flower, leaf, tendril and circle tools, board-edges cross-hatched (slightly scuffed particularly at the head of the spine of volume one); modern quarter red morocco gilt slipcase.
