"Sweet, elegant and forward aromas are now displaying hints of oatmeal and the barest hint of truffle and while there is solid acidity beneath the round, intense, beautifully defined flavors, it is clear that this has reached its peak level of drinkability and there is no benefit to cellaring it further. To be sure, it is in no danger of falling apart but unless you enjoy that strong sous bois quality that Chablis develops with extended aging, I would be inclined to drink this up over the next 5 years."
