AMAZING TASTING OPPORTUNITIES FROM THE CELLAR OF A ONEOPHILE AND GENTLEMAN

As any passionate collector knows, to love wine is to constantly pursue the opportunity to drink and share with like-minded people under the same spell of Bacchus. Giddy dreams of a table stacked high with bottles of aged claret and Burgundy dance through the minds of thirsty connoisseurs, but their mouths inevitably parch after the often fruitless search for pristine bottles turns up dry. This consigner intimately knows the struggle, as he spent over thirty years organizing one of the East Coasts most renowned tasting groups. Trophy bottles that inspire admiration and envy line his tasting room, testaments to extraordinary nights spent among friends in wine. As his attention now turns to other pursuits, he has graciously opened his cellar door and removed the following lots so as to provide a bridge of bottles to the storied Valhalla of vino.

All of the wines have been purchased from retail by the consigner directly and stored in his temperature and humidity controlled home cellar, some for over thirty years. The fills and conditions are appropriate given the age.
