The broad rim cast with acanthus and rosettes supporting foliate-capped candle-branches with leafy nozzles and surmounted by a band of palmettes and fluted pilasters mounted with candle nozzles, the basket base supported by six foliate ribs suspended by a central column with a palm leaf-mounted corona hung with pendant glass drops and strings of drops, cleaned and restored and converted to electricity
