LATE 19TH CENTURY, DUTCH OR NORTHERN FRENCH, BLUE CAR MARKS
After an eighteenth century form, the pierced trellis-pattern outer wall reserved with rococo-scroll cartouches painted in shades of blue with boats on lakes before mountains, the borders moulded and enriched in a bright palette, the cover with similar lesser cartouches below an acanthus finial
