The rectangular gilt-tooled green leather-lined moulded top above three frieze drawers, the central one adorned with palmette mounts, the right drawer fitted with a quadripartite tray and a hinged coffre, the sides with green leather-lined sliding trays and mounted with a floral patera, the reverse with simulated drawers, on cabriole monopodi legs headed by foliate mounts and terminating in paw feet, above cylindrical blocks joined by stretchers mounted with flowerheads, the underside stamped 'F.J. PAPST', escutcheon to central drawer missing
