The channelled foliate lid surmounted by scrolling brackets and outscrolled foliate finial centred by a pine cone, the gadrooned body with pearled rim and stiff-leaf motif with scrolling channelled lotus handles issuing from bearded masks, on a waisted socle with guilloche border; on a red scagliola inlaid white marble base centred by stylised flowerheads within double borders, above a downswept foliate and guilloche mount and further white marble plinth
