Apparently unmarked, circa 1700
Shaped circular, on three plain ball feet, the reverse engraved with a foliage band, the lift-cover pierced and engraved with foliage in geometric design

According B.W.G. Wttewaall these boxes may have been imported from Germany or from the Northern part of the Netherlands which explains the silver being of higher alloy then that generally used by the Dutch.
