Maker's mark indistinct, possibly that of P. van Somerwil I, Amsterdam, circa 1720, Mark of A. Rooswinkel, Leeuwarden, 1807-1809, unidentified maker, Middelburg, circa 1730, the fourth mark of Jacob Abraham Barbe, The Hague, 1767
The first oval with lift-off cover decorated with elegant figures in garden, the second with symbolic figures, the hinged cover with a swan, the third, circular decorated with dancing figures in medieval costume, the fourth cartouche-shaped and with various birds, marked on bodies
