Shaped, the sides with portrait medallion of Prince Willem V of Orange between festoons, the hinged cover with the figures David and Jonathan shaking hands, inscribed GULHARTIGE VRIENDSCHAP, IK WIL AAN U DOEN WAT UW HERTE BEGEERDT, DAVID and IONATH
