Apparently unmarked, the Netherlands, circa 1787
The oval medallion with openwork tied ribbon above, the centre with the bust of the Mayor of Amsterdam Hooft and inscribed 'DIT IS DIEN WAAREN BURGERVRIEND, within reed and tie border, the reverse inscribed: 'H. Hooft Regeerendt Burgemeester der Stad Amsterdam in het jaar 1787'
