The ricefields become a natural place of slowing down, they practically grow against hectic, bring de-acceleration. Diving into these fields means to subordinate oneself to a different rhythm, a rhythm full of quiet concentration. The whole equals more than the sum of its parts. The structured canvas consists of endless skin-like strips of paper turning into painted sediments. Just like a ricefield is more than the sum of the stems of the rice plants, the process used by SEO turns the additive set of paper-strips and coats of colour into painting of complex contemplation.
