With an arched dentil moulded cornice above a panelled frieze centred by an oval mahogany inlaid medallion, a pair of panelled doors and a central astragal glazed door each enclosing shelves, the base with three frieze drawers and further astragal and panelled doors on square tapering legs with spade feet, one drawer bearing a metal label 'DRUCE&Co. UPHOLSTERERS & CABINET MAKERS BAKER STREET LONDON.W. FROM SECOND HAND DEPARTMENT'and with a depository label to the reverse 'GRP.CAPT, C.B. OWEN 20 2 67' and inscribed in chalk 'BOSWELL'
