CIRCA 1723, BLUE K.P.M. MARK
Painted by J.G. Höroldt with Oriental figures standing among plants or by a fence, a vase and rockwork, one figure letting squirrels out of her apron, divided by four gilt fluted divisions between gilt band borders, with a moulded scroll handle and curved spout with faceted lower parts, the domed cover with alternate panels of indianische Blumen and a hut on a river island similarly divided by gilt flutes above an iron-red scroll border (small restored chip to tip of spout)
