CIRCA 1725, THE AUGSBURG DECORATION ALMOST CONTEMPORARY
Decorated in the Seuter workshop, three sides with Orientals beside tables and tending a fire beside palm trees on scroll, foliage and trellis supports, alternating with three sides decorated with birds perched on leafy branches, divided by raised gilt ribs, the circular cover with gilt foliage scrolls and the sides with a broad gilt band (slight wear to shoulders, ribs and cover)
